A MIG -21 (very fast Russian plane):
The mammoth American Stratofortress:
And the 'never-to-go-into production' TRS-2:
There was lots of other good stuff too. Eight hangers of stuff. Too much to do in the time we had. We had a good look around the Big No.1 Hanger, the No.8 Land Warfare Hanger (including lots of WW2/D-Day/Monty), the No.7 American Hanger, and No.4 (I think), Battle of Britain Hanger. Definitely worth at least one long day, and probably two.

Nice day out, and nice pics. Still can't believe I went there in September for the first time in 8 or 9 years and completely forgot to even look at the Blackbird never mind take pictures. Will probably be going back again this year sometime though.
To answer your questions on my blog (this gets complicated) I think Dad sent me the link to yours. I'm not on facebook but Joan is (and friends with Anna since last weekend so you should be able to find her). And while I may have started in 2002 there is a huge hole in the middle and the early stuff isn't all that thrilling!
